Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing:

Order Confirmation:You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and accepted, including order details and estimated completion date.
Purchasing an original work : Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Each piece is professionally packaged, shipped and insured.
Custom orders: For custom orders, a design and size will be agreed upon. There is a non refundable installment of 50%. Once the work is completed, the remaining 50% will be paid. The shipping process will begin upon receiving final payment.
